Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNQW handles data across its website, user panel, and subscription services. Data required for account management is handled separately from network traffic content. Order records and data usage do not reveal browsing history.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required for account creation. If users choose to provide an email address or other information in a support request, it is used only to handle that request and does not become an additional account requirement.
This service processes usernames, authentication data, plan status, data usage, and order records to provide account access and subscriptions, calculate usage, verify payments, and handle refunds. Order records may include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference. They do not include the content of pages users access through international routes.
Support tickets and user-submitted issue descriptions help identify problems. Before submitting a screenshot, please hide passwords, complete subscription links, sensitive details from payment records, and personal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
This service follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, lists of destinations, or transmitted content, or create records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Account data usage is used for billing and quota management and is not linked to specific websites or pages.
Temporary session states required to establish a connection are used only while the connection is being handled. They are not retained as long-term user connection logs after the connection ends. Troubleshooting relies on service-level error information and issues users report; it does not rely on continuously recording individual browsing activity.
The no-logs policy does not mean that account, payment, and support ticket data do not exist. These business records are handled for the purposes and retention periods described on this page.
Access Statistics and Local Storage
Website access statistics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and common access errors. They may include the pages visited on this site, visit times, and browser and device categories. These statistics cover use of the marketing website and user panel only, not records of users visiting other websites through subscription routes.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session states and save login credentials and language preferences. Clearing this data may sign users out or reset preferences, but does not delete server-side account or order records. Users can clear or restrict storage through browser settings and should avoid keeping a signed-in session on public devices.
Third-Party Payments and Data Boundaries
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or payment network. This service verifies transactions using order identification details and payment results. Do not submit payment account passwords in support tickets or other input fields on this site.
Third parties may process transaction data under their own rules, which are also subject to their privacy policies. This service uses relevant data only to fulfill orders, provide support, process refunds, and address necessary security and compliance matters. Browsing activity is not used to verify transactions.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Support tickets and access statistics are retained for as long as needed to address issues and conduct analysis. Once the purpose ends, data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified; not all records are kept indefinitely.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through a support ticket. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. If there are pending orders, disputes, or records that must be retained by law, we will explain what cannot be deleted right away. Deleting an account may affect subscription access. Clearing browser data does not replace a deletion request; please do not include passwords in your request.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy is updated, the revised text will be published on this page and the last-updated month at the beginning will be changed. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, updating this page alone does not replace the required process.
If you have questions about data use or deletion outcomes, you can follow up through a panel support ticket. For service use and refunds, please also see the Terms of Service. This policy explains data handling boundaries and does not replace plan terms.
