No email address required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe so you can check orders, get your subscription, and follow up on support tickets.
Select a plan on its card to open the user panel. Confirm whether you've chosen a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the data allowance and price. Pay close attention to the difference between “resets monthly” and “never expires” so you don't mistake a monthly allowance for data that carries over indefinitely.
Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT at checkout and follow the instructions. Before paying with USDT, check the network, amount, and recipient details displayed on the page; don't rely on past transactions. This page doesn't display payment addresses. Use the details shown on the current order's checkout page.
After paying, return to the user panel to check your order status and plan details. If the status hasn't updated, first verify that the payment was charged and check the associated order to avoid paying again. If you need help, submit a ticket with the order details and relevant proof of payment, redacting any unrelated personal information.
Once your plan status is confirmed, get your subscription from the panel and import it into your client using the guide for your platform. Your subscription link contains account access credentials. Keep it private and don't post it on public websites or forums.
Compare the terms before choosing a plan. If you need a refund after using the service, submit a request through the user panel. Describe refund and connection issues separately so the relevant order details and concerns can be reviewed.
Sign in to the account used to place the order and open the support ticket section. Explain that you'd like a refund and include the relevant order details. You don't need to provide your account password or full subscription link to request a refund. If payment verification is needed, share only the information relevant to that order.
After submitting your request, check the same ticket for a response and provide any requested details. Keep the conversation in one ticket so the support history stays together. Check the request, response, and order status; submitting a ticket does not mean the refund has been completed.
